Supporting restaurants' reopening
DoorDash’s mission is to empower local economies. So after months of pandemic shutdowns devastating the restaurant community, we created an initiative to help restaurants recover and reopen.
We showed our support of local restaurants and helped them boost total revenue by encouraging customers to dine out in addition to ordering delivery. To keep up with the growing demand of in-person dining, we donated localized ad space to help restaurants hire staff. To address Covid safety concerns, we created a comprehensive resource center with materials to help restaurants re-open safely. The campaign effectively boosted brand affinity and made a lasting impact on restaurants in a time of need.
