Keeping up with the holidays just got easier

Keeping up with the holidays can be a challenge, especially when it comes to getting gifts for everyone on the list. So DoorDash created a new gifting feature, where customers can easily send gifts in an hour or less. To spread word of the new feature, we let people know that they can rely on DoorDash for all of their last-minute gifting needs.

The national campaign included multiple TV commercials that highlighted local and national gifting features, interactive gift guides that featured new categories of products, shoppable out-of-home experiences to help people gift on the go, and a philanthropic gift-giving initiative in partnership with Dan Levy. Through this work, we boosted engagement with the gifting feature, drove incremental order volume of new product categories, and increased awareness for DoorDash as the one-stop shop in the holidays.
